M. Biswanath Sinha is a health care professional. Earlier, he had worked with Tata Trusts, where he spent 17 years leading initiatives in rural livelihoods, healthcare, skill development, sustainable energy, and sports for development. Before that, he worked with PRADAN, the Society for Promotion of Wastelands Development, and WaterAid India, giving him extensive experience across grassroots implementation, grant-making, and policy engagement. He brings deep expertise in policy, operations, programme design, institutional partnerships, and scaling development initiatives across the social and corporate sectors.
