What is the rule when it comes to disposing treated water from the STP plant through the public storm water drains?

There are 310 apartments in my complex and we have an STP plant which works in conventional method. The water quality is as per the pollution control norms. Can I drain out the treated water to the storm water drains?

We are in electronic city and the apartment comes under the Doddatogur Panchayath.
