I want to start a packaged drinking water plant and I don't have any idea about government regulations, legal formalities, manpower requirements, cost of plant and machineries, the operating cost of plant, and the profitability prospects of this business. Kindly provide me all those information to undertake this venture. As I am just begining I want to do it on small scale with only 20 litres can as my only product.
