Query regarding digging of a farm well

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have 5 acre of land and currently there is no water well in our farm. I am from village Khalegaon, Georai tehsil of Beed district of Maharashtra and I want to dig a farm well.

So, I want to know

1. What diameter and length should I select?

2. Can any officer from water department would be able to help me identify proper spot in my farm to dug a new well?

3. What type of dug method should be used: manual or machine?

4. How much cost will it need to dug a new well?

5. Can bank provide loan to dug a new well?

6. Whom can I contact for complete info and guidance for digging a new well?

Please guide me.
