I have a bore well which supply water to for about 200 to 250 people. The problem is this water can not be used for human consumption or even for cooking. This water is good for bathing and other purpose except the human drinking and cooking. This water is even blocking the taps and showers with a kind of white sand and powder.(hard substance). I have been informed by my friend to install two stage sand  filters to filter  out the finest sand before entering the water in to pipe line. I request persons who knows this process and suppliers of sand filters or their web sites may write to my email address. If possible treatment of this water for human consumption too.
