Opportunity to work in water sector in India & abroad

I am planning to do the Master programme in Municipal Water & Infrastructure, specialization in Water Supply Engineering at UNESCO-IHE (Institute of Water Education), The Netherlands, Delfts & my admission has been confirmed for the academic year of October 2008 to April 2010. Duration of course is 18 Months.

I have experience in water sector as design engineer. Can I get good opportunity to works in MNC's in India or Abroad which are working in a water sector?
