Need information on 'over exploited villages' under APWALTA, for digging borewell in Chagllu Mandal,West Godavari district ,Andhra Pradesh

I have attached the Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act (AP WALTA ), 2002 notification of over exploited villages - imposing of ban notification in the gazette. But in this annnexure, "over exploited" is not given.

This is urgently required for the digging of a borewell in my agriculture land in Chagllu Mandal, West Godavari district.
