Need advice on digging a borewell near a compound wall ?

I am trying to dig a borewell at a vacant site in Bangalore south. The borewell point I got for digging is very close, about two feet, from the compound wall of a house. The drillers are saying it is difficult to dig a borewell with such proximity to compound wall. Please advise, what to do in such a situation? Santosh
