Our borewell is about 900ft depth. During drilling there was no water but little bit of wet soil came out after drilling about 400 ft. We are so disappointed. Nearby sites are having good yield of water at around 200 to 300 fts itself. The driller hopes that it will yield about 0.75 inches water which is enough for home purpose. After 12 hours of drilling we had put a small stone to test the depth of the water level in the bore, it reached water in 22 seconds exactly, even we tried several times. Can we use this borewell, may it yield enough water for our daily needs of family with 6 members or go for a new one. Pls anybody give your valuable suggestions. Thanks in advance.
