Respected Sir,

Sir, around 4 years back when my borewell submersible pump was not working, I asked for replacement of the new submersible pump. The plumber lifted the old submersible pump from 290 feet and tried to  insert the new submersible pump.  After 150 feet going down, a boulder like stone suddenly occupied the place and hence he could not lift it down another 140 feet.  Sir, how to remove that boulder which is stuck there and to clear the place?
