You will come with

Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, donor engagement, philanthropy, business development, or innovative financing within the international development and social impact sector.

Strong networks and proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across philanthropy, government, multilaterals, corporates, and impact investment ecosystems.

Deep understanding of evolving donor landscapes, CSR and venture philanthropy trends, blended finance, and cross-sector partnership models across Asia.

Demonstrated success in building high-value partnerships, regional collaborations, multi-country initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities.

Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and external representation skills, with the ability to shape ideas into actionable opportunities.

Fluency in English (Reading, Writing & Oratory Skills) is a prerequisite. Proficiency in a major Asian language is an advantage.
