Aditi leads the India Water Portal, overseeing its outreach and various pillars to ensure engaging water-related stories reach diverse audiences. She works closely with writers, social media teams, and partners to make water knowledge accessible and impactful. With a background in social sciences and communications, she has previously worked with grassroots organizations like Samaj Pragati Sahayog and think tanks like ATREE and Biodiversity Collaborative. When not immersed in water-related content, Aditi can be found squinting at birds, dancing, getting lost in pop culture rabbit holes, and hatching creative campaign ideas.

Meghana is a seasoned editorial professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. As the Managing Editor at IWP, she brings a wealth of experience in content strategy, editorial direction, and team leadership. With a background in journalism, publishing, and media, Meghana excels at curating compelling narratives and driving impactful communication, finding inspiration in meaningful conversations and shared experiences. Beyond work, Meghana is a foodie who loves exploring cuisines and experimenting in the kitchen. She unwinds with books and finds long drives both therapeutic and refreshing.

Aarti Kelkar Khambete is part of the editorial team at the India Water Portal. Her role focuses on writing, researching, and collaborating with other writers and practitioners to help bring out their varied experiences around topical issues in the water sector. With a background in public health and doctoral research on fishing communities, she has firsthand experience of how water and sanitation impact marginalized women’s health. This drives her passion for writing on water-related issues for a wide audience. She has worked with a number of organisations in the development sector as a researcher and writer. You will find her digging and planting, and exploring nature in her free time.

Amita Bhaduri is a consultant with the India Water Portal, contributing to the editorial team by writing and collaborating with other writers to shape the portal’s coverage of water and related issues. With a background in civil engineering and forest management, she brings both technical expertise and a broad understanding of environmental challenges. Her experience spans the development sector, including work with nonprofits, consultancies, and international agencies on monitoring, evaluation, research, and program management related to water. Whether through ink, numbers, or the rural landscapes she explores, Amita is always in pursuit of the next untold water story.

Keri L. Rengsi is a Graphic Designer at India Water Portal, where she creates visual content across social media, newsletters and other digital platforms. With a background in mass media and over 10 years of experience, she has worked across marketing agencies, SaaS companies and design studios, developing a versatile approach to visual communication and storytelling. At IWP, she is excited to use her creative skills to communicate important water and environmental issues and contribute to work that creates meaningful social impact. When she is not designing, she is most likely out hiking in nature, picking up her fifth new hobby, working on a DIY project, or cooking and hosting for friends and family.

Liza manages social media for the India Water Portal (in both English and Hindi), creating interactive posts, overseeing operations, and driving outreach on water and environmental issues. With a background in human genetics, she founded safespacedpsdh, a platform focused on gender, reproductive health, and sex education. She later worked with the Biodiversity Collaborative as a Social Media Consultant, where she managed content, engagement, and analytics. Liza has collaborated with educators, healthcare workers, and legal professionals to provide accurate information on reproductive health and social issues. When not immersed in all things digital, she’s likely exploring an art gallery, engrossed in feminist literature, or watching a documentary - only to turn it into content the very next minute.
