Position Role

The Senior Manager, Individual Giving will provide strategic leadership to ChildFund India in raising resources from individual supporters through Face-to-Face (F2F), Telemarketing, Digital Fundraising, and High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) engagement. The role will embed analytics into fundraising operations to ensure data-driven decision-making, campaign optimisation, and donor retention.

Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills which will enable you to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the safeguarding policy and procedures and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with ChildFund’s Safeguarding Policy.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic leadership and fundraising initiatives

Lead in drafting and executing strategies for quality acquisition, donor retention, and increasing lifetime value of individual donors across F2F, Telemarketing, Digital, and HNI channels.

Deliver income targets for IFR ensuring efficiency and ROI.

Develop a business case for in-house F2F fundraising.

Track progress against KPIs, income targets, and alignment with the organisational strategy.

Conceptualize innovative ideas for raising awareness for garnering support and resources from public at large.

Ensure alignment of fundraising opportunities with the Country Strategic Plan and other relevant norms of ChildFund India.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes in selection of relevant agencies and supporters for various fundraising initiative.
