About the Organisation:

Basudeo Kanoria Seva Sansthan (BKSS) is a Non-Profit Trust promoted by Shri Harsh Vardhan Kanoria - Chairman of Group CHEVIOT with a pure philanthropy approach dedicated towards the upliftment of the poor and needy with emphasis on the state of Rajasthan.

The Trust has adopted a Tribal block, LASADIYA (Salumber district) and initiated “Basudeo Sadan” program which are Integrated Rural Development projects on multiple themes including Sustainable Watershed, Food Security, Agri Livelihood, Education & Skill development in Hybrid model in partnership with PRATHAM, PRADAN & FES.

Job Highlights:
• Qualification: PG in any Social Sciences / MBA-Rural Development or any other suitable streams from reputed universities/ colleges.
• Experience: 15+ years in Planning, Implementation & Monitoring of Integrated Rural Development & Poverty alleviation projects. Minimum 3-5 years at Corporate/HO Leadership level in CSR / Charitable Trust.
• Location: at Head Office in South Delhi (will involve travel to project site in Lasadiya-South Rajasthan)
• Age: 40 – 55 years

Job description :
The Program Director will oversee the proper Planning & Monitoring of projects in multiple themes implemented by partners in the project area of Lasadiya (Salumbar district) South Rajasthan. Also guide and lead the in-house project office team.
Candidate to take full responsibility & ownership at Management level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the organisation team.
• Identify & evaluate Field Experts & Partners for help in implementation of programs.
• Monitoring & Coordinating Multiple Implementation partners.
• Design / Monitor Programs for developmental activities in field of Livelihood enhancement (Agri & non-agri), Natural resource management, Watershed development, Education, Women Empowerment, Skill Development, Health & Sanitation etc
• Regular visit to the field areas, for proper monitoring of implementation of projects by Partners
• Ensure Convergence by Government & Community in the various programs.

Essential Skill:

• Self-Led person with passion for social transformation & community development.
• Networking & collaborative skills to select, monitor & manage implementing partners.
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal relations skills with Proficiency in English & Hindi.
• Computer proficiency and sound analytical & presentation Skills
• Commercial acumen & systematic documentation and organized working
• Willingness to travel to field locations
