The Manager — Water & Sustainability will lead the design and technical development of water resilience and sustainability programs aligned with CSR, ESG, and philanthropic priorities.
This role requires a strong scientific and systems understanding of water ecosystems, combined with the ability to translate that knowledge into implementable CSR programs, partnerships, and field execution pathways.
The incumbent will work closely with corporate partners, philanthropic organizations, technical agencies, and government stakeholders.
Program Design & Technical Leadership
Design water resilience and sustainability programs aligned with CSR and ESG priorities.
Develop watershed, water conservation, groundwater recharge, water stewardship, and climate resilience program frameworks.
Integrate scientific tools, hydrological understanding, and sustainability metrics into program design.
Develop implementation roadmaps, technical guidelines, and monitoring frameworks.
Implementation Pathways
Translate program concepts into implementable field models and execution plans.
Support pilot design, scale-up strategies, and multi-district implementation models.
Provide technical oversight to implementation partners and field teams.
