Purpose of the Role:
The Manager – NRM & Climate Change will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of community-centred climate resilience and natural resource management programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage NRM and climate adaptation programmes
Integrate climate risk, DRR, livelihoods, and gender
Provide technical leadership to field teams
Coordinate with government and partners
Essential Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in life sciences/core engineering
8–12 years of experience in NRM / climate programmes
Strong community-based programme experience
Donor and government engagement experience
