About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager – Agriculture to support our on-ground agricultural operations in a rural area. The ideal candidate will assist in managing crop production, farmer engagement, input distribution, and field-level monitoring to ensure sustainable and profitable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day agricultural operations and field activities.
• Coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and local authorities.
• Monitor crop health, input usage, and productivity.
• Implement best agricultural practices and promote new technologies.
• Prepare field reports and maintain data records.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Agri-Business / Rural Development or related field.
• 1–3 years of field experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong motivation may apply).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work and reside in a rural area.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).
