Hello There,

I'm looking for some technologies for rain water filter , and the bamboo charcoal seems very efficient in water purification, no?

It can be used in tanks for that purpose?

Thanks for the attention,

Best Regards,

Dear IWP

I live in a gated community with over 200 villas. We s a community are very conscious of our environment and practice Rain water harvesting, composting of waste, tree planting etc. However recently some members have started promoting RO treatment for the entire water supplied to the community through our water supply system.

Dear IWP

The output in my borewell has suddenly reduced. Though the pump keeps running for hours, but pumping the same amount (looks to be around 5 to 7lpm) from start till switch off . It keeps showing around 5Amps (initially it was around 5 to 7 Amps). The pump is at around 600 feet, and is of 2KW 3Phase.

What could be at fault- the pump, pipe or electrical wiring or the water level in the well?

Hello

I stay in an apartment society with around 200 flats. The water we get is borwell water and many a times lot of dust particles get accumulated in the  taps. We use borewell water for all the 200 flats as there is no supply of corporation water.

Every 15 days I am forced to clean the dust that gets accumulated at the taps. My understanding this is due to direct usage of borewell water. The water heaters and flush tanks are also facing problems like leakages as dust is getting accumulated in the pipes. We first want to get rid of the dust.
