Hello,

My irrigation water (bore well water) has a TDS of 3000 ppm. I want to reduce it to 800 ppm to 1200 ppm to get good yield from my plants. Should I go for RO or are there other economical means of reducing TDS? Please suggest.

Hi,

I am residing near Bhuj-Kutch. The bore water in my agriculture farm tastes slightly saline. The TDS test shows about 3100 ppm. Can adding a little alum and precipitating the dissolved salts help me in using the water for agriculture or getting an RO system is the only solution?
