Hi ,

I am from Kadapa district in Andhra Pradesh.I have a borewell from past 10 years which is used for agricultural purposes. Recently there is another borewell being dug close to my borewell by someone. Is there a legal way in which I can stop this? What is the minimum distance that should be maintained between two such borewells used for agriculture purpose. Please suggest.
