Dear Sir/Madam,

Our factory is located on a land from where the ocean is only about 3 kms. No municipality facilities are available for drainage of sewage water.

1.We have built a concrete septic tank through which we treat all sewage and collect the treated water, which is then carried to nearby village, about 15kms, and flushed into municipality gutters. Is this legal?

2. Can I recharge this water into bore well? Bore well in this area are not being used as the water here is very salty and not of any use.
