Why don't you encourage building check dams in the villages by Public Private Partnership which will resolve the water scarcity problem in the villages of Gujarat. Mr. Mansukhbhai Suvagiya of Jalkranti Trust Rajkot is ready to work for the check dam but not getting support from the Govt. of India.
