We need advice regarding solar powered or hybrid pumps

1. We have decided to install solar powered/hybrid pumps for to be dug borewells in our area - about 18 acres a unique private eco colony of about 70 family units. we are not interested nor want any monetary assistance/subsidy from anybody - particularly government.

2. We want this to be ideally distributed systems with independence.

3. The general water table in our area is 60 - 90 ft I guess. 

4. We are trying to understand the purchase costs of the pumpsets and spv / hybrid installations - and we are getting unclear answers.

A ball park figure, calculating in more than one way figure quotes 3.5 lacs to 4.5 minimum to max cost.

A look at  Alibaba.com reveals a staggering array of solar powered pumping systems at starting fob price as low as USD 500.

Our requirement will be atleast 10 to start with as soon as possible. We would like to have information regarding the pumps, their installation and usage.
