I would like to know what is the infiltration rate of a ground that has a thin (2-10 m) crust of black cotton soil, underlain by vesicular/fragmented basalt (11-100 m) underlain by jointed / semi weathered basalt and under bedrock?

Please note that the location of this project is near Indore (Sawer tehsil). Please also let me know (preferably websites) where I can find details of geohydrology of Sawer / Indore.
