I have a very basic question "Can a septic tank be constructed within 3 to 5 feet of a well(water of which is being used for drinking and puja purposes?" Location is in Dhanbad, it is a city in Jharkhand State. When we were in the process of digging the well then within 20 feet we got the water source followed by hard stone. The depth of the well is twenty one feet vertically downwards. A photograph of the situation is attached herewith.
