I have a piece of land on the banks of the Mahi river in Vadodara, Gujarat. We have a problem of back water entry from the gulf of Cambay. Because of that, the ground water is getting more and more saline. But still, at many places, there are reports of sweet water discovery in borewells. My two borewells, which are 150 ft deep, are giving saline water. I would appreciate if you could be helpful in any way in guiding us to get to sweet water.
