Is there any relationship between the discharge and the diameter of the well?

Suppose I require a yield of 150 cubic meter/day discharge for a water treatment plant. Then what will be the diameter of well I have to drill, when ground water level is at 1m from GL and depth of the hole is 30m?

Kindly provide information on how to form such an estimate.
