I am a resident in Chennai and would like to hear your response regarding a query as below:

Is it correct and allowed to dispose the water from the STP (in a residential complex) to the trench/stormwater drain facility located within the same complex? What I understand is that the STP disposed water can be used only for cleaning of cars or for toilet flushing or for plants .Look forward to receive your response in this regard in addition to supportive clauses in any of the orders or guidelines
