We at BHEL-PSNR are certified for ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001 and SA-8000. Auditors for these Certifications are M/s DNV (Det Norske Veritas). They demand the Testing Reports of Potable Water, being used at our sites. We generally get the water tested once in a year but we are not aware of the standards under which this frequency for testing of water is mentioned.

Please let me know the frequency of getting potable water tested at Construction Sites and relevant Act under which this frequency is defined.
We want to use this information for getting the Potable water tested at that frequency. I am working as Sr. Dy. General Manager (Quality) in BHEL at Power Sector - Northern Region, Noida.
