Dear Sir

This A.J.Magesh from Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. We had planted sugarcane in 2011 in our village. We don't know what to do for the second yield. Because of the heavy power cut problem it is not possible for us to water the plant. We don't know how to overcome this problem.

Please give me any suggestion that would help solve the water shortage problem.
