I am planning to get a Well dug near my house.

Request your suggestions on which is best/safe drinking water option either Open Well or Concealed Well. Open well advantage as I know is the Sunlight would be directly reflecting on it and would kill bacteria present. If I dig the well and then conceal it - the advantage would be to use the space for some other purpose.
