I stay in Wilson Garden (Hombe Gowda Nagar) - 5th Cross. We stay in the lowest part of the street and hence we used to get water with good pressure. BWSSB has intoduced a number of valves to reduce the water pressure to us, so that people in the upper part of the street can get water. We have no objections regarding the same but the person in charge of controlling the valves is causing the water supply to be choked off by manipulating the valves. Complaints have been made to the authorities to no avail. This has led me to contemplate implementing a borewell. Kindly advice what my options are in regard to the water supply.
