In Kagadaspura area of Bangalore, I dug a borewell nearly 10 months back.The depth was 650 ft.Initially I was getting good water. Now for last one month, I am not getting any water but however my neighbours are getting it. When I contacted the contractor, he came and after some inspection told that there is no water available in my borewell. Is it possible that people getting water at only 50 ft away from my house while my borewell has no water. If so what is happening? What is the reason behind this?

Can there be any other issue at play here which the contractor not informing me of? All the equipments and pump everything is still in guarantee period.
