Hello,

We have a 6" borewell, 320ft deep. During the construction activity accidently a hard 1 1/2" PVC pipe was damaged about 25ft from ground level and the pump with 280 ft long PVC pipe slipped inside. Several attempts were made to recover the pump but failed. 

Is it possible to cut or use controlled explosive to rupture the hard PVC pipe above the pump and lower the new pump?
