We have dug a borewell, 1100 ft and found 1 inch of water at 250 ft. Please suggest

1.  Do I have enough water in the borewell for a family?
2. Can I conduct borehole camera test to verify the water fissures?  Whom should I contact for such test in Bangalore?
3. What type of motor is to be used for pumping the water and what should be the frequency of pumping?
4. How much water could be extracted per day
