Hello,

I am a student from Austria visiting India via AIESEC (www.aiesec.org) and now working with Naya Sawera (www.nayasawera.org) in Jaipur. I have visited a slum in Jaipur. It is located in the area below the hills next to C2 Plaza, near Apex Circle. The people there suffer from lacking clean drinking water. I am looking for a sustainable solution to provide them with drinking water. I was involved in similar projects in rural areas in Cameroon but, of course, the circumstances here are quite different.

Can you help me with this? What kind of infrastructure would be the best solution - harvesting rain water, drilling for ground water etc. Is anyone else already working on that - government programs, NGOs etc Please help me with any information that you may have about this.
