Hi,
I want to start a mineral water plant in a rural area(Panchayat) in Andhra Pradesh Guntur district. I can't afford one with ISI standards. My consultant told me that I need not have ISI recognition to sell 20 liter water cans. Can I go forward or there is any thing like one should have the ISI recognition to sell 20 liter bottles also? Could you please provide me with the details of:

• Government clearances and approvals I should get before I start to install a plant.
• Where can I have my water tested and get report of that.
• Information regarding any subsidy that is provided for this by government of Andhra Pradesh.
