I want to start a packaged drinking water and bottling plant in Udupi, Karnataka with 2000 ltrs/hr capacity plant for 1/2 litre, 250 ml pouch and 20 ltrs jars capacity.

Please provide me all the necessary details to set up this plant and also suggest me a good supplier of mineral water plant machineries.

I also need information on how to get the BIS/ISI certification, the total investment and requirement of licence.
