We were using water from a bore well which is around 40 feet from the house all these days but that has gone dry. I intend to go for a fresh bore within my compound wall for a depth of 500 to 600 feet. I have the following doubts, please clarify.

1) The point which I plan to have a bore well is in the east and this point is not accessible by drilling machine from east as there is another house there. (My house faces east).

2) The drilling machine cannot enter the compound wall to come close to the bore point as the house would obstruct that.

3) Can the drilling machine be on the road on the west (in front of my house) and can some wires be drawn to east and rigging be done?

4) Is permission needed for carrying out the borewell digging in Hyderabad city. My house is in Bandlagud Jaagir near Langer house in Hyderabad city.
