QUESTION
Need to flush borewell, but slab of the building restricts from drilling deeper- Is there an alternative as there is no space for new bore

Hello,

We have a borewell with a depth of 250 ft in KPHB, Hyderabad in a 200 square yard plot. I don't know about the previous year status as we got the flat last July (2011). It was good till October 2011 and then suddenly stopped. Our side plot owner has drilled a new bore for their apartment construction in March 2012, 800 ft depth and the discharge is good.

Our builder (didnt flush it before constructing the building) said its not possible to flush it as the slab of the building restricts the rigger to drill. There is no space in the plot to go for the new borewell as even the rigger can't enter due to building slab.

So, please let me know whether there are any special riggers available to flush under such conditions and what would be the cost.

Thanks & regards Kakumanu
