Dear Expert,

I am aware of the different processes AQUAFINA type of packed water goes through including the most important process like osmosis and this process is guided by the bis standard 14543. Now I came to know through a certain marketing person that HIMALAYAN type of spring water ( is it std. 13428?) does not go through osmosis but only ultra- filtered.

What is the difference between the sand and carbon filtering & ultra-filtering? And also, does spring natural mineral water, as how they claim,  have to be disinfected by ultra-violet rays and ozone gas.

I will be grateful if you can furnish me with the process flow chart for natural spring / mineral (added?) water.
