We live in an apartment complex (about 650 apartments) in Bangalore. The STP has been built below one of the block. The STP is not functioning properly,the builder has been trying to stabilize the for last one and half year but still the water coming out of STP has bad smell and the area around STP has unbearable smell. The builder wants to handover STP and wash off their hands. We are not confident of taking it over. We suspect the basic design and implementation is not right!

Can you please suggest whom we can approach to get it evaluated ? Before taking over we want to get itcertified by competent authority.
