I have been very impressed with the service you provide.I have a question. Our organisation(SP Foundation) is looking out for about 500 acres of land in the area
(1) near T Narsipur, near Mysore,
(2)Kollegal Area, (Hanur) in Mandya District and
(3)near Gudiyattam in Tamil Nadu (on the border with AP near Palamaner).

The land is required for a social project where in we will settle a community and a school for the under privileged children on a part of the land. The rest of the land will be used for an activity which is ecologically friendly like agriculture, fast growing trees, medicinal herbs, organic farming etc which will give revenues to sustain the community and the school.

For this, ample yield of water is an essential requirement. I would like to know about agencies or consultants who can identify if there is adequate water before we take the decision to purchase the land. Do we have to drill some wells to be sure before we purchase the land?
Any other procedures that are to be put in place?
