I have a borewell with a depth of 110 feet. The water column starts from 40 feet in the borewell. I have been using Suguna 1.5 HP jet pump for the past two decades. When I start the motor, there is air lock issue. I got it inspected with various mechanics but not able solve even after replacing filters and tubes. It may be a problem with the motor itself but I am not sure. If I have to replace the old jet pump, how should I go about it? Replacing it with 1.5 HP suguna jet pump or submersible pump?  Need advice
