I am the Administrator of a small NGO called 'Institute for Development Exchange' which functions in Madurai district of Tamil Nadu. Since we are involved in Sustainable Agricultural promotional interventions, we would like to support our resource poor farmers in their measures to reduce the salinity conditions of their irrigation wells.
