I had dug a borewell for my new house, it was 250 feet deep and had 50 inches HDPE casiing. It worked for the first two months without any trouble whatsoever. The motor was a submersible type.

Currently a sump was being constructed near the borewell, adjacent to the same. A crack in the sump on the borewell side caused the sump to empty and the motor is stuck in the borewell. We tried to recover the motor in vain using compressed air & water to remove the debris and recover the motor.

I need epxert help to deal with the situation, please do let me know regarding the best course of action currently.
