The statement is "Climate change, unplanned development responsible for increasingly erratic and torrential rainfall: this is the wettest September India has seen in 102 years". Yes I agree that there are extreme events more now a days, but there were such cases earlier as well, may be 102 years ago. So how, now it is different from the earlier one.
