We have a borewell whose yield is low and now we are looking to enhance it. Can we do a borewell recharge ?

Please recommend some agencies who does borewell recharging. What I am aware of is a process where they will dig a pit around the casing pipe of borewell, drill holes in casing pipes covered with Nylon mesh filled with stones, redirect storm water to this pit.
