Hello,

My house is in Palavakkam near Priyar Salai, Chennai. We had a borewell earlier. Due to water shortage in the old bore a new one was dug around 2 feet away from the old one. The water level in new bore is at a depth of 40 feet while in old one is at 30 feet. The water from the new bore is yellow.  

The new bore is just few weeks old. I have removed all the sediments by running the bore for about 2 hours soon after the borewell was done. Initially the water was clear but after a few days it has turned yellow. Please suggest remedies to make the water clear.
