An STP blower is placed in the ground floor of the apartments where I live. My flat is in 2nd floor. The vibration and noise due to blower is felt in my 2nd floor flat which is causing us great discomfort and headaches. The STP has been newly installed.

Is there a way to get rid of the vibrations and noise?
